"Needed to sand and stain a mid-century style wood ceiling on a short timeline due to other work scheduled immediately after the project. Rubumco did an excellent job of prepping all the rooms, carefully protecting the existing painting walls, before they carefully sanded with dust collection equipment to keep everything clean. They did a great job of touching up ceiling beams and making crisp paint lines to make the ceiling really pop. Will definitely use Rubumco in the future for other paint work."

"Vadim & Slavic devoted considerable unpaid time communicating expectations before starting work. We knew what to expect, and nothing went over budget. That's rare. Their balance of professionalism, courtesy and initiative was ideal. Not pushy, not too soft either. Just right. The subcontracted pressure washing prep team was equally courteous and detail-oriented. If you're staining a cedar deck, preparation is everything, and nothing was missed by the cleaning/prep team. Alex and Max did a beautiful job both painting deck railings and applying stain evenly to our perfectly prepped deck. Our property was protected from stray paint splatter because the taping job was perfect. No mess was left for us to clean up. In short, an A+ job. Highly recommended!"

"Getting our house repainted became quite the experience with Hedlund. Started off great, easy to work with team eager to make us happy. Ended with salt in our mouth, feeling like pulling teeth to get them to finish project they had started which took almost a year to complete and only if we stayed on top of it. Team was easy to work with on planning with details easy to understand and pricing inline with competitors. Primary paint days went good even when we changed color of gutters and trim after first day of paint. Had many touch up issues and team didn't appear to have much attention to detail on our project as multiple call backs as we continue to find issues. We did have a issue with Hedlund on the cost of the change paint requests since a written quote was never provided for the change, instead a bill twice what was discussed was presented at end of initial painting. We also had an issue with an entire side of our house and paint drying oddly, like a surfactant drying issue. This is where the frustration started with Hedlund as first we were asked to wait a few months to see if the paint would just fix itself. Then it was lets get the paint company out to see what the issue is. Then it was blame the siding on the house. Then it was lets try some alternate solutions. Then it was we forgot we hadn't completed your project for 6 months and never once attempted to stay in touch with us. Then it was alright you keep bugging us and contacted our owner so we will come back and work on this issue plus the new issues shared where paint not even a year old is already cracking, peeling and calking also not holding all around our house. Finally the one side of the house that wasn't finished was finished a year later along with all the new issues but when the cracking of paint on our back deck was redone it was done with the wrong paint (house paint not deck shark skin paint) and done without covering the below brand new concrete patio resulting in paint drips all over our new patio. A crew member came back out and poured paint thinner on our new patio and told us to just leave it for a few days. It ended up staining our patio in multiple places. Hedlund's response was "oh sorry". We were able to power wash most of it out ourselves thankfully but still can see it in some areas. We really like the paint color of our house. The way this company worked with us just got worse over time which was disappointing and frustrating and results in us not being able to recommend them to anyone."

"After I met Stuart, the owner of Summit painting, I knew I wanted to hire him for my painting needs. He was very professional, knowledgeable, competent in his line of work and just a really likeable guy. I was very comfortable with him and knew it would be a good fit. I received a very clear bid from him that outlined in detail what the job included and any potential additional charges, which I appreciated. They all worked so well together. I just have to say I was amazed at how much care they took to cover and protect all of my furniture. "Our experience with Unlimited Painting Solutions was wonderful. They spent time with us discussing our paint color and had reference material to help us visualize what it would look like on our home. They offered flexibility and fairness when we changed our garage door color last minute, only charging for the paint, which I can easily use on other exterior projects. One of the most impactful aspects of working with them was their open communication. If the weather changed the schedule or anything came up, they would communicate that instead of going silent. If we had a question, they were understanding and responded promptly. The paint job itself is fantastic; the coating is even and thorough. The team took care of cleaning up afterward and made sure not to harm our garden. We didn't realize how much the fresh exterior paint would make our new roof and gutters 'pop' until we saw the final product! Plus, we can rest easier knowing that our siding is protected before Autumn arrives, preventing wood rot from the rain. Overall, we hope to work with them again. "These guys are great! I have a few cabinet doors that needed to be painted to finish up a kitchen cabinet refacing project we started before we moved into our condo. We reached out to multiple people to get a quote for painting just a few cabinet doors. We were on a budget, and I didn't think we'd be able to get the work done until we could save up more, but these guys are so nice that they offered to work with us on our budget - it truly felt like a Christmas miracle (I may have teared up, it was so kind)! They did a great job painting the cabinets and turned them around in just a couple of days, even though I told them they could take their time. In the future, we hope to repaint all the walls in our home, and I will reach out to Color Cat Painting when the time comes!"
