He previously painted our interior baseboards as I have reviewed already. He is polite, efficient and was able to get the porch job done well and timely. He came exactly when he scheduled the work with us and verified ahead of time to confirm the dates. The porch looks great! He cleaned everything first, patched up some caulking, and painted carefully, cleaned everything up and replaced the furniture.
