Mike converted a basement bed room and entry into a granny flat for my elderly Mom. He removed walls added walls replaced an outer French door the finished with painting and carpeting. Plumbing. Electrical and carpentry required. Installed a washer dryer combo and a new garbage disposal in the mini kitchenette. 2nd project was removing dry rot lower 3 panels of siding then sand and stain the decks. "I've used Stacy at Core for several projects over the last year to include painting and staining the exterior of my personal residence, installation of landscape lighting, and repairs to the deck and interior drywall at my rental.  He has made excellent recommendations, helped in determining what will look good and be the best quality for the price.  He is a great communicator and does excellent work.  I've recommended Core Construction to several people and will continue to do so."
