"We have used House Painting, Inc several times over the last few years for interior and exterior painting. Mr. Lee schedules a time to come out for a bid and he is always punctual and pleasant. The painters arrived earlier than their scheduled hour each day which was impressive. The job took four days with most of the work being taping, caulking, sanding and primer. The painters did a really great prep job. They are quiet and constantly working. No loud radio blare, either. There isn’t an errant drop of paint anywhere and all outdoor furniture and plant pots returned to their original location. The trim and the pergola look great and we are very pleased."

"Bob arrived on time for quote. Price was fair based on other properties I have had painted. Bob and his crew did quality work. Since this is a rental property and I was not onsite each day, Bob sent pics and updates every day. They sanded old wood windows and wood trim and made them look fresh again. Fixed holes and imperfections in walls and painted. They also installed new baseboards and window trim in some locations. They also finished the job a day early. They even fixed my wooden gate as part of the project. I?ve had a lot of painters over the years and even painted my own places when I was first getting started, so I have a pretty good idea of what is involved and what quality work looks like From initial quote, material selections and advice throughout the job, everything was handled professionally and without any pressure. Craftsmanship and attention to detail were honestly outstanding. The finish is flawless, they only use quality paints like Behr and Sherwin-Williams. They also did a great job protecting the house with plastic, paper, drop cloths, etc, everything was kept clean and they treated the place with a lot of care, the price was competitive and reasonable.
