He helped me prep my 1940s brick colonial to put it on the market by prepping (scraping & sanding), priming and painting almost all of the interior rooms and ceilings, plus the exterior back patio and front entry area + door. He arrived early every day and usually stayed into the evenings (sometimes till quite late) to get the job done within a tight deadline.
