He showed up on time to our appointment, and out of four providers quoting the job, he was the only one to provide his estimate when he stated. He was thorough in our estimating meeting; he asked questions to assure we all understood what the work would include. Once we agreed to use his service, Greg and his team were on time each day of the job. They were careful to completely cover and move all furniture and floors. Throughout the 3 day job, Greg had made sure the work was getting done as efficiently as possible, and he was keeping me up to date as needed. First came and power washed everything a few days before, then on first day of painting removed all old caulk and re-caulked, plus filled any holes. Gave everything 2 coats and on one part that was stain actually gave 3 coats. Original quote did not include foundation, soffit, gutters, front and rear stairs but Jose added those in at a reasonable price, so had those done too. Also painted chimney at no extra charge, On top of all this they completed the job in 2 days. Could tell from first time I had Jose come out to give me a quote he was very knowledgeable and passionate about his business and painting, which I really liked. "Eddie patched two areas in the ceiling. You cannot tell. He identified additional areas that needed to be repaired (and stayed with the original estimate), carefully inserted the patches, applied multiple layers of joint compound and a layer of tape, patiently allowing the joint compound to dry between each layer, sanded and applied prime paint over the area. He was neat and cleaned up during and after the project was finished. He was honest in his appraisal and sincere in his desire that I be satisfied with the job. Highly recommend him."
