He was professional, knowledgable, and incredibly polite, which greatly influenced our decision to sign up for the service. He was also able to get us an appointment that same day (today). With today being our first appointment, so far I am very pleased. Our serviceman, Spencer, was both professional and friendly. He took the time to perform a quality job, including knocking down a large wasp nest right outside our front door. "The animal control expert was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional in every way. He kept me updated on the progress every day. When we were certain all raccoons were removed, he patched the entry point with a metal plate to ensure no other pests entered. He kept me informed on what bait was used and why.
