"The Customer Service is absolutely one of the best of any type of provider I have encountered. From my first inquiry, Ann asked so many questions that there was no doubt they knew what they were doing and they really wanted to deliver what they promised. The service delivered was very competent, but I wasn’t sure if my problem was being rectified because the damage was coming from inside my walls and I saw different critters after the initial treatment. Not only did they promise to come out on a Saturday, but one of the owners of the company came out as well to make sure we were addressing the right critters with the right treatment. They spent a very generous amount of time with us professionally and then some time getting to know us since we were new customers. Light years ahead of the 2 past large providers we contracted with in the past. I’ve been so frustrated with so many service companies not doing what they promised. It is so nice to have someone “exceed” expectations."
