"Carlos was professional, fast and efficient. We had a raccoon digging up the yard and 2 oppossums that would sometimes sit in a tree and stare at us while we were having dinner on the patio. He laid 2 traps 3 nights in a row, caught all 3 pests and relocated them. Each morning, we let him know that there was an animal in the trap and he was on site within an hour to relocate the pest. Before beginning the work they gave us an informative overview of the steps involved in the termite control process and answered all our questions satisfactorily.
