He gave us a quote and we said YES! I mean, it's mice, money is no object, right? haha Ryan and his crew did a fantastic job. Very professional and educated us about how humane their treatment is vs other companies. All the mice were gone within a week or two. It's been a couple of months and ZERO activity in the house. I highly recommend Black Diamond. After the mice removal, we also hired them for home pest control, termite control, lawn treatment and landscaping."

The tech was GREAT; however, she checked with her regional manager and I would have to have the house rewired (some of it upstairs is tube and wire) before they could begin cleaning up the raccoon poop, etc., and then sanitize, and do insulation. p.s. Two other insulation companies, who wouldn't do the cleanup of raccoon poop, etc., would not do insulation unless the house was rewired."
