"They followed up very frequently and quickly. They were accommodating about scheduling and were on time. It was good they were very nice. I have no complaints."

"Everything was explained satisfactorily. This was our first experience with pest control, so we were apprehensive at first. It's early for carpenter ants to appear so we got on top of it right away. let's see if the treatment works in the ant's busy season. Was a bit disappointed that no one followed up with a phone call to see how we were doing."

"Good job . Good job. Good job"

"Great, Rich Pedrich the Pest Control Specialist was very professional, and helpful. He did a good job."

"Victor was very thorough. He set traps and came back twice to check, he caught 6 mice and I was shocked. I thought maybe 1 or 2 but 6! We would definitely use him again because not only is he thorough but he guaranteed his work! Definitely very happy with 101 Pest Control LLC!"

"It went as well as it could have. I first contacted this company for a second estimate (the first was a lot more, by about $100.00) on a Monday and I had an appointment scheduled for that Wednesday, two days later, between noon and 2 PM. The technician, Josh, called when he was about 15 minutes away, showing up around 1:30. He got right to work in removing it, and once the hornets had died, he broke it apart to show me the inside. (Even though it was a nest of stinging insects, I must admit that the intricate structure within was amazing. He took the time to explain how the hornets and hive fuctioned, which was really interesting - - he missed his true calling, in that he should have been an entomologist.) If I ever have the need for hive removal again, I would call Absolute Pest Control without a second thought, and have absolutely no reservations about recommending this company to friends!!!!! Overall, with the senior discount, I felt the price was very fair; I had checked on-line to get an idea of the average cost of nest removal, and this company’s pricing was well within reason. Plus, the nest had to be reached by ladder...."

"Very thorough and responsive. Would highly recommend, John, for any pest control problem."

"Doug was very professional, kind, polite. I haven t even had the actual service yet. However, his initial approach verbal over the phone and personal contact impressed me. I m more geared toward a family owned business. First visit explained everything in detail ,answered all questions and concerns, and gave us some tips, after looking over entire property. Your first impression is always the best. Looking forward to the outcome. So far very pleased."
