"Excellent communication with termite inspector. Marketing department for pest control was prompt in addressing my request and patient in answering all my questions about related fees for service. Both the termite inspector and pest control technician were on-time for appointment and were thorough in completing requested work. I am satisfied with evaluation of my property and the discussion of my needs and options for termite control. I will continue to work with on establishing a termite protection plan."

"I had a large infestation of bats in my attic, and I really didn't know where to start with the process of getting rid of them and my attic restored. A friend of mine recommended Critter Capture. I called and the owner personally came to give me an inspection and estimate. Turns out I had large amounts of bat guano all over my attic which had caused a huge, smelly mess. Critter Capture evacuated the bats. They removed the attic insulation which was really messed up from the bat guano and urine. They vacuumed and cleaned the attic and replaced my old insulation with blown insulation. They sealed up my gable vents to prevent any re-entry. They also replaced some rotten wood in another outside area of my house which could have possibly been used as an animal entry point, and they painted the wood. I was very pleased with the work they did for me. They are courteous, professional, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable and do quality work. Also, the office manager was always available and helpful throughout the process with any questions I had. I would most definitely recommend Critter Capture to anyone having problems with critters."

"Terminix was quick to respond and to get out here for a termite inspection, which is what we needed. However, they signed us up for pest control and said their agent would be out to care for us right away. So far haven’t seen him yet. Will give 5 stars if that turns out well."

"They showed up when they said that they would show up and did exactly what they said they would do. I havenâ t had a pest problem ever since."
