"Gene showed up as expected for the initial inspection. He walked us through the issues and was very thorough. He patiently answered my questions regarding two pest control issues as well as a potential regimen for the lawn. We went with an exterior treatment to eliminate ants and I can already tell a huge difference a day later. (No ant trails in the kitchen coming from the deck!) He gave us information/pricing on another treatment needed. It's not super urgent so my husband and I are deciding which we prefer to use. As unsuspecting, newish homeowners, he could have pressed us to treat now and use the most aggressive process and we wouldn't have known the wiser. We really appreciate his honest helpfulness and plan to use Natural Elements for pest control and lawn services in the future."
