"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"Excellent Customer Service from the beginning with Alexa, always there for questions and help. Jeff was extremely helpful, took the time to explain what he was doing and what could be done in the future to get rid of the groundhog(s). While he was there, he noticed the bees and wasps coming from the shutters, sprayed the next day and so far, so good!! On the last day we had not trapped the groundhog, but I asked Jeff if he could adjust the traps and he came up with an idea to help. Next day we got the groundhog!!! A big thank you to Jeff he is the best. Thank you also to Noah! I would definitely use any of their services again."
