"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"Imran & Gina called me within 30 minutes of me request for a quote, and then they came to my home approximately 30 minutes after that phone call. We had at least 5 raccoons invading our property - they set out traps the first night. On the second night, we caught 3 raccoons. We expect to trap the remaining raccoons over the next few nights. I will definitely hire them again if needed."
