"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"They were prompt in answering my call. They explained the process they would use and executed their plan to remove the raccoons from our attic. They then cleaned and sanitized the area,carried off the mess and repaired the area where the raccoons gained entrance to the house. There is no residual oder in my house. I'm very pleased with the results and highly recommend them to anyone else who has a "critter" problem. I will keep their number handy should I have another problem."
