The spraying worked for the most part but I did have an unusual area that required a follow up which Minh came out to resolve promptly as well. I also had Minh repair some of crawl space vents where other contractors made larger holes in the vents as they did their projects which put my crawl space at risk for critters. That was done very well & professionally as well. Also, the spraying also addressed not only the ants but spiders & other bugs. Would definitely hire for my pest control needs again."

One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."
