Brent was phenomenal he was able to explain the entire process, point out issues I had, and explained how the "warranty" works. I went with the more expensive thorough treatment which is what other companies suggested as well. The 5 year warranty is a 5 year warranty not additional costs at all within the 5 years, no yearly maintenance cost."

"Jeremy, the owner, was professional and personable. I went with AZ Termite Specialists because I liked that their business solely treats termites and not pests generally. Their inspection was thorough and Jeremy didn't try to upsell me on the treatment that I needed. He was confident that with slant-drilling only the front of my home, they would still be able to fully warranty the treatment for the full term of the warranty. Their price was lower than the nationwide companies, and their warranty is for a longer period of time as well. The 2-man crew that did the treatment was also professional and courteous and I was impressed that the foreman re-inspected my house again - even though his boss had just did it! - because he was the one doing the treatment. I knocked off a half-star only because they didn't move everything back exactly where I'd had it and there was a bit of clean-up that I had to do, but it was minor. After much thought and comparisons we went Environmental Pest & Termite control because they were very responsibly priced. They came on time and cleaned up well.
