"A yard worker walking on the small hill near the sidewalk in front of our house
stepped in a yellow jacket nest we didn't know was there.  These pests are
mean suckers.  Another worker who was close by was bitten twice by these
pests and they buzzed around him as he ran up our 42 front stairs. 
(He's OK and was not bitten again.)  We'd used Eloy's services once before
to remove a yellow jacket nest half-way up our steep front hill and were so
impressed by his work that we called him right away and he showed up less than
2 hours later to remove the nest.  He warned us there could be some
cosmetic damage but we told him we didn't care.  And it turned out that
the white coated hole he left is a barely visible disruption to the patch of
ivy and is actually consoling to see as proof the pests are gone.
We've used some great contractors from Angie's list but Eloy is the best of the
best:  price, quality, pride in his work, punctuality, integrity, personableness?. Recently
we recommended him to a friend who used his services and who was equally impressed. 
And not motivated just by money but more by building his business and doing a great
job, Eloy stopped by a few months ago to advise us on a potential yellow jacket
problem near our back yard barbecue and he didn't charge us for that
visit.  And this time he advised us to put up some yellow jacket traps to
gauge the extent of the problem in the back yard.  We bought a trap at
Home Depot and hung it last night and this morning there were 15 dead yellow
jackets inside.  We'll be contacting Eloy again soon to see if thinks we
need to hire him for his undetected nest removal service where he hangs
containers with a poison that the yellow jackets bring back to their
nests.  We trust Eloy to let us know if we should use his services for
this or try to handle it ourselves.

"Inspected entire house for damage, including difficult to access attic and crawl space. Diagrammed all places that needed treatment. Arrived on time for treatment appointment, and used both microwave equipment and liquid treatments. For the liquid, they drilled small holes in the wood, injected the poison, then covered the holes with colored putty. Very clean job. They make extra effort to keep the house clean, like wearing booties inside, and putting down plastic next to the access points for the attic and crawl space. The warranty is for three years, which is quite useful. We found some termite damage around a window since the original work, and they came right out to treat the area for free. Also had some dry rot on the roofing trim. Hired Hi-Tech to replace this wood. They used a sub-contractor that did poor work, sloppy painting, and left nails on the ground including in our driveway. I wouldn't use Hi-Tech's subcontractors again. Overall a good experience for termite treatment. Nice people, punctual, easy to schedule, and good warranty"

"The inspector was Eddie Coria who was very thorough, pleasant, explained things to me, etc. Was very pleased with his inspection. Can't say enough good things about him. The only termites found were in my detached guest house. However the recommendation was to do preventative work in the attic and sub area of my main house, and to treat the guest house. It would cost $2300 for all of the above work. It made zero sense to me to do preventative work when I have no termite problem in my home. I thought it was just a way of jacking up the price. I'm sure that is what the inspectors are told to do. That offended me. I will probably tent the guest house since that is where the problem keeps reoccurring. No treatments have helped."
