When they were gone, he came back, removed the exit and plugged the hole; the multi year guarantee is nice and he already came back when i thought the bats were back (nope, chimney swifts, chimney cap ordered). "Did an excellent job of sealing up the house. Could not install the one-way vents until after August 15 due to protection for the bats during the breeding season. Will return after that date and finish the job. He only charged for the work that was completed. My neighbor had used him in the past and was well pleased."
