"Eco Guard is a fantastic organization with a great product and excellent client interaction. I've used them for 5 years and don't have any complaints. The price is reasonable and the staff are very knowledgeable and responsive. If any issues arise EG has been very quick to address and has shown a lot of integrity. Thanks very much for the great work!"

"I was in desperate need of some help and answers to my pest problems. This was the first & only Pro that contacted me. While I didn't technically hire them, they were very professional and responded quickly to my project request. The project was quoted at $200, but I was only charged $50 for a down payment and inspection. While I may still be baffled at how I got a small invasion of pesky flies, the Pro was excellent at communicating with me and still offered their services in my time of need."

"Cesar was very friendly and helpful and they got the job done quickly and professionally."

"Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

"When called to make an appointment, the customer service was great. The technician that came out was thorough. The fee to spray the house one time was a little steep, I still had some pests hanging around but not nearly as much as there was before the spray. I would consider using this company again but I think I would call around to see what other companies charge for a one time house spray."

"Did a thorough job fast and clean I highly recommend this company"

"The inspector was Eddie Coria who was very thorough, pleasant, explained things to me, etc. Was very pleased with his inspection. Can't say enough good things about him. The only termites found were in my detached guest house. However the recommendation was to do preventative work in the attic and sub area of my main house, and to treat the guest house. It would cost $2300 for all of the above work. It made zero sense to me to do preventative work when I have no termite problem in my home. I thought it was just a way of jacking up the price. I'm sure that is what the inspectors are told to do. That offended me. I will probably tent the guest house since that is where the problem keeps reoccurring. No treatments have helped."

"An easy company to work with. Owner/manager Chris is very professional, courteous, and cooperative. Harvey and Morris completed the work with care and obvious pride in the end result."

"Eliminate Em Pest comes out every other month to keep the creepy crawlers away and helped me when I had a rest infestation. They have always been quick, efficient, safe for my animals and affordable. Customer service is top notch!"

"Very professional. He reassured us he could get rid of our rat problem and he did! I will recommend him to anyone who mentions a rat problem. Very competent and a pleasure to deal with."
