"I got to meet one of the owners Todd, and he was great at explaining everything carefully and ensuring that the bugs at our house were all exterminated. I am only giving 4.5 stars for now because the job is not finished, but he really cares about the treatment and gave us a 90 day plan to make sure that we would no longer have a cockroach infestation. We also have a small puppy, so he made sure to explain to us that the stuff he used was safe. Overall, I really had a great experience with Gotham Pest Control!"

They contact me every quarter to schedule the appointment. Their technician, Saul is always on time, very professional and thorough. "I had to call them after the appointment time had passed, but they showed up 20 minutes later , due to traffic issues. the exterminator was nice and very knowledgeable regarding insects and their habits. I signed up for an annual contract for next year to check for termites. they are a bit pricey but experienced with any pest control."
