"Edwin showed up on time and answered all our questions. He captured the raccoon outside on the first try and even texted us a picture of it. He then set the trap in the attic in case any other raccoons were inside. None found and he returned the next day to collect the trap. Very polite and kind."

"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"Phil responded to my request for an estimate immediately. We had problems with possums and skunks in our crawl space and rats in our attic. Phil gave us a reasonable quote and was prepared to get started right away. He was very thorough and spent quite a bit of time making sure that both areas were pest-proofed. He sealed up small holes with foam, installed screens, and even built a screen for an electrical/plumbing opening in the crawl space. He left traps in both spaces and came back to check them regularly until we were comfortable that the animal problem was resolved. Would hire again!"

We asked for a tenting estimate for a triplex and received it in a timely manner and it was considerably lower than any other estimate we received. "I used Home Advisor to identify companies that handle pest control in my area. Four companies showed up and Hi-Tech Pest Control was one with highest rating. However, I sent requests to all four companies that showed up on the Home Advisor web site. And Charity Waldman, the Hi-Tech Pest Control office manager called me within two hours of my online request. The call was very professional, asking all of the right questions in a very pleasant manner. The other three pest control companies either didn't respond or did respond about two or three days after my online request. Steve Barton of Hi-Tech Pest Control came to my house and introduced himself and explained what he would do during the house inspection. I can't say enough about the high quality and friendly service I received from Hi-Tech Termite Control. As it turned out, my problem was not with swarming termites but flying ants in my attic and water damage to my back porch posts. He found one small isolated area that had a start to dry wood termite damage. At the end of the inspection. Steve explained that their wasn't a major problem that I couldn't correct on my own. He gave me the option of using his company for repairing and correcting all of the problems noted or correcting the problem on my own. I am extremely satisfied with Hi-Tech Termite Control's quick response and service. Steve's professional manner and helpful information made Hi-Tech Pest Control made me feel confident that was the company and people I would always want to deal with in the future.
