The project at hand was to remove squirrels in the attic. He explained all the work he was going to do and provided an estimate, which was reasonable (not too high nor too low). An important factor in the project was to remove squirrels humanely and to repair structural damages. Tim is definitely a person who cares about animals. He was quick to come by once the squirrels were trapped and he released them safely. He also completed repairing structural damages promptly. "It took 6 weeks, a very long time. The gentleman who gave me the first estimate failed to check that they have access to the whole attic. He also recommended Galvanized mesh for the soffits and failed to tell me that bugs could get to the attic thru that mesh. We had to add to the estimate and add the bug mesh during the job. It turned out they could not get to the part of the attic where the major problem was. They still ignored that part in spite of me calling or texting them daily for more than a week that there still is a raccoon up there. They kept saying he will come out. They only acted on that part of the attic when the raccoon died and the smell permeated the house."
