"I finally called John, the owner of Kapture Pest Control and he took care of the problem quickly. Evans, the technician came over within a day or so, and treated the outside of the house and also the kitchen where the ants had decided to move in. Most all were gone within 2 weeks but they did return for another application and I am glad to say the ants have disappeared. The owner was very accommodating and price was reasonable and the service was excellent."

"I got to meet one of the owners Todd, and he was great at explaining everything carefully and ensuring that the bugs at our house were all exterminated. I am only giving 4.5 stars for now because the job is not finished, but he really cares about the treatment and gave us a 90 day plan to make sure that we would no longer have a cockroach infestation. We also have a small puppy, so he made sure to explain to us that the stuff he used was safe. Overall, I really had a great experience with Gotham Pest Control!"

The men who come to do the services 3 times a year are fantastic!!!  They are polite, accommodating, eager to please and take care of each and every place in my home that could possibly cause problems.   I ask them to spray all the areas that could possibly become a problem area, and they check every bait box that had been placed throughout  my house, to see if there had been any recent activity.  They are eager to please and will go into the hot attic, or on their knees through the crawl space to make sure I have no "unwanted guests" living here.   The relief of knowing that they check everywhere and everything and find no new activity is very comforting!   I also know that if there is any problem or any sign of activity at any time during the year, all I have to do is call and they will be here to solve the problem.   I pay for 3 seasonal visits of service, but if there is a problem, they will come more often until the problem is solved.  The fact that they have always had superior workers every time they have been here speaks to the fact that this company is worthy of my high praise!    I have nothing but the highest praise for this company!
