I trapped some of the inside rats, and they kept the crawl space cleared with traps set. I have signed up for 2 additional monthly visits to make sure I am on top of the problem. Taylor came out for an inspection and confirmed the carpenter ants and also found evidence of rodents when he was in my crawl space.
