"Guys. I had a disgusting situation on my hands. My tenants in my rental property moved out, three days late mind you, and left me a doozy. So I arrive on site with my cleaning crew to clean up and get the house ready for the next renters. Little did we know we were walking into a Joeâ s Apartment situation. The OGâ s will know what Iâ m talking about. Cockroaches everywhere! They had moved in and were planning on staying. My cleaning gal screamed and refused to come back until they were taken care of. My old college roommate recommended I call Josh with Oakmont. Ring a ding, answered promptly, commiserated with my cockroach infestation, and came out way sooner than I expected! They were prompt, professional, and courteous! If I had to deal with some bozo bug company on top of all of this I would have exploded. Anyways, the cleaning people are happy and in there right now and Iâ m happy because that means soon Iâ ll be making money again soon with my new renters. Thanks a million, Oakmont!!!!"

"A â  familyâ  of raccoons sought refuge in my attic just before Hurricane Ian. I didnâ  t want the animals hurt so I made an online inquiry for a trapper. April responded within minutes! April and Brian came quickly and were extremely professional and informative (and very friendly!) They came prior to and after the hurricane. A week later they went above and beyond when two kits were crying in my bathroom wall!! They were rescued and relocated to rehab. Iâ  m so grateful for the services of this local business!!! I highly recommend A & B Reptile!!"

He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

Its owner and his assistant installed additional cellulose insulation in the attic area (the floor) of our one story Condo unit. The results have been spectacular in reducing the loss of air conditioning into the attic area. Our thermostat is set at 78 degrees around the clock and the internal ceiling temperature is not higher than 79 degrees anywhere in the unit. I haven't checked to see if the company has changed it web site, which makes it appear that it is only in the pest control business. It is a terrific installer of insulation and we would reccommend it to any person needing that type of help."
