"I've had Rutland for a couple of years at this point and signed on to their anual service. I have had Absolutely zero ant sitings since they came the first time. They also managed exterior and interior rotent activity very well. When a hornet's nest appeared in a tree by the deck they promptly and expertly removed this at no extra cost above the anual service. The crew is always prompt and professional, and their work is guaranteed, althgouh I have never needed to call them back for an issue outside of the hornet's nest."

"Galvin was fantastic! Professional and very thorough! During my home inspection there were a couple areas noted that looked like carpenter ant damage. Not only did he inspect the areas of concern, but also the entire home and garage for any other potential issues. He gave me great recommendations during the inspection, along with a detailed report stating everything we talked about, and was patient with all my questions. "Shawn seems to understand rats. Turns out rats are a whole lot smarter than mice, and take a lot longer to eliminate once they get inside. Shawn came after dark and spend two hours in pretty cold weather sealing all possible entry points around the home with metal, foam, and a combination. He explained the process and the time-line of his treatment. He's not cheap, but I would hire him again. Although he and we expect to never again have this problem."
