He inspected my home and Identified that I had an infestation of German roaches. He showed me the main source and entry point where they are entering the structure. He took time to explain to me about how he was going to treat the home in an effective way to eliminate the problem. He also gave me pointers on how to reduce attracting roaches in the future. There is a visible improvement since he treated my home. Since then he has made a follow up call to see if the treatment improved our roach infestation.
