"Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

"When called to make an appointment, the customer service was great. The technician that came out was thorough. The fee to spray the house one time was a little steep, I still had some pests hanging around but not nearly as much as there was before the spray. I would consider using this company again but I think I would call around to see what other companies charge for a one time house spray."

"It is still in progress, but so far things are going well. Very good communication and good customer service."

"We highly recommend Gold Standard Termite and Pest, Inc. Jameson came out to do the inspection and his extensive knowledge and careful explanations immediately put us at ease. We were told by another company that we COULDN'T have subterranean termites because we have a slab foundation. We have an Eichler. Jameson's very thorough inspection discovered that we, indeed, have subterranean termites. We chose to do a local treatment because the drywood termites were in the beams and it appeared that the infestation was in the early stages. Their work and ethics are amazing! Jameson (inspector) and Uriel (technician who performed the treatment) have the utmost respect for your property and personal safety. They entered our home with booties and masks at all time unlike the previous company that did not. I did not have clean up after the work and Uriel was able to match the color on our beams (two different colors) perfectly. To the untrained eye, we couldn't tell where the drilled holes were. We were told by the other company that we would have to buy primer and paint to cover up the treated areas. Jameson's and Uriel's knowledge, customer service and professionalism are outstanding! Their response time is quick and they know how to take good care of their customers. We are so fortunate that we found them to take care of our home. Anyone who selects Gold Standard Termite and Pest, Inc., can feel confident that they will help you preserve your home. Thank you for a job very well done."

"I reached out to Monterey Vista Termite Control to get an estimate on fumigation, and though I reached out on a Saturday over a holiday weekend, Andy got back to me immediately on that same day, answered all our questions, and immediately provided us with an estimate that was lower than the other estimate we had received. Andy was professional, quick to respond, and clearly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Andy and this company, and we will definitely reach out again the next time we need any pest related services!"

"This company was great. I highly recommend them. They got Bats out of our business and they are Western Bat Specialists! The crew was top-notch and the office was awesome to deal with. I have to say A+ service."

"The technician was courteous, efficient, punctual and helpful."

"Great Customer service. Took time to explain and provide feedback on how to control our situation."

"Chris is always great to work with. He takes the time to explain what I need to do to help control the ants and the bait he provided. He was on time, as usual, and ready to get to work. I've been using Eco Pro Home Pest Control for several years now, and they have always been responsive to my needs regardless of pest type, ant or rat makes no difference to them. Today's visit was a redo from my quarterly service and it was no charge."

"Ridx pest was very helpful and completed the repair professionally and quickly. Really felt positive about their work!"
