"I called to get a quote and they were able to make an appointment right away. I was surprised a team of people came to do the exclusion. They did a thorough job of making sure there were no bats on my house, put in a deterrent in the attic and netting over outside vents. Since there were no bats on my house at the time, they charged less that original quote. They will check back with me to verify things were still ok in a couple of weeks. With a guaranteed service, if I have any issues the will come right back. Very happy with the service."

"Very friendly tech came to examine our house. He was really late, but this did not matter - lost his way. The cost was way beyond what we are willing to pay for pest control (over $1000) but we do have a fairly problematic carpenter bee problem."

"Overall I was not impressed with their service. While our front yard has improved substantially, they were inconsistent in their efforts sometimes forgetting the back and side yards. I had to call in several times and ask them to come back to complete various treatments. I have called twice now to cancel and they still continue to come and apply/bill for unwanted treatments."
