"On Saturday, we found a snake in the back yard who looked like he went under our house behind the a/c unit - next to our doggie door (yikes). After speaking on the phone with David who was a great communicator, he investigated with his manager and found they could not go under our house (we have a manufactured home with a 2-3 foot crawl space) but they could come out and put sticky traps which have worked for them in the past. Javier and Jorge arrived at 6pm on a Saturday night - great service last minute on the weekend which I really appreciated as I have a small dog and couldn't let him in the yard. They thoroughly checked our yard and the yard next door - and the a/c unit next to the house and set out 2 traps. Unfortunately the traps did not work, I checked the next morning and one was covered with sand from the wind (here at Windy Point) and the other caught a mouse and it took 5 hours for him to die which was awful. Have not seen the snake since and am being extremely cautious when we go out. We believe the snake, beige in color, was probably not venomous but we no nothing about snakes. It was $90 which for a Saturday night I was fine with paying. My only con was the traps didn't work for me and my snake. I greatly appreciate Pest Control Solutions who was the only company I could find that would come out for snakes. I had never had this experience and didn't know what to do so called our property management, Animal Control, my current pest control company, and several others - and no one would come - EXCEPT PEST CONTROL SOLUTIONS!! Oh when they arrived we recognized Javier as the same person who had come out 3 years ago and sealed the bottom of our house from mice. Great service once again Javier thank you."

"Called Sam and left a message which he promptly returned in a few minutes. Made an appt. to come out the next day. He came a bit earlier than expected but that was fine by me and went right to work. I showed him a few of the nests I spotted, he immediately pointed out a few more that I didn't see and assured me that he would check the rest of the house for anymore.
He was done in about 15-20 minutes and said if any of them came back within 2 months, he'd come out and remove them for free. Definitely happy with his work and our family feels a whole lot better. Thanks a lot!

"Robert was very knowledgeable about flea investation. He called to checked up on the situation. I highly recommend him to help with any pest control."

"Went well. They were very thorough. Of the three contractors I called they were by far the most expensive. However, their inspection was so much more comprehensive than the competitors and that made the deal. Since we were not "tenting" the house it was critical that a thorough inspection be done to identify the degree of infestation since all the treatment is localized."

"Jack is THE BEST! Iâ m pretty much convince after having him at our house and a few family members homes for similar work, that this guy can do anything! Green Jack specializes in wood repairs & treatments, due to the elements or termites or anything else you can think of! He does not settle for anything but perfection. He is meticulous in his work. He re- did the entire front of my moms entry way to her door with custom made panels that didnâ t exist anymore. He made our patio cover â newâ again, our front porch completely rebuilt & he stayed late to paint! He also went around out home (at no cost) to make sure we didnâ t have any other areas of wood rot or in need of repair. We are extremely happy with all of the jobs he has done & are confident that we could call him for any future jobs! Jack is a pleasure to work with, truly! Honesty reliable, reasonable, and accountable! What more could you ask for, while also supporting a local small business !"

"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."
