"Found a wasp nest at my house over a weekend, and called Bee N' Wasp on a Monday morning around 9am.  I was honestly expecting to leave a message but was pleasantly surprised to have someone answer the phone and be ready to help me.  The person who answered was very nice but since I was in LB he gave me the cell phone number for Sam, the person who services my area, so that I could coordinate scheduling directly with him.  So I called Sam, again, expecting to leave a voicemail but another pleasant surprise he answered the phone and was extremely nice.  He was willing to come out that same day @ 1130 AM!  I was not prepared for that, and asked if he could come in the late afternoon/early evening after work.  He said the next day would work, and he'd be there at 530.  Also gave me a quote of 125 to remove a single nest + 25 dollars for any additional nests or work if needed.
Next day:  He actually shows up 5-10 minutes early (great!). I show him the location of the nest that I found (plus another one that I saw after I scheduled the call), and he said he'd take a look around the house before starting.  He found 2-3 other nests on the property and told me about them before proceeding to remove them.  This man was very thorough, and pleasant the whole time too.
After all work was done, he gave me the invoice for 150, wished me a good evening and that was that.  In an out in around 30 minutes.  I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.  I wish the guarantee was longer than 2 months but probably not something that can be controlled.

"When called to make an appointment, the customer service was great. The technician that came out was thorough. The fee to spray the house one time was a little steep, I still had some pests hanging around but not nearly as much as there was before the spray. I would consider using this company again but I think I would call around to see what other companies charge for a one time house spray."

"The inspector was Eddie Coria who was very thorough, pleasant, explained things to me, etc. Was very pleased with his inspection. Can't say enough good things about him. The only termites found were in my detached guest house. However the recommendation was to do preventative work in the attic and sub area of my main house, and to treat the guest house. It would cost $2300 for all of the above work. It made zero sense to me to do preventative work when I have no termite problem in my home. I thought it was just a way of jacking up the price. I'm sure that is what the inspectors are told to do. That offended me. I will probably tent the guest house since that is where the problem keeps reoccurring. No treatments have helped."

"The experience has been good. This is an ongoing working relationship. I just discovered that in addition to being outdoors and scaring my neighbor, the rats are apparently living beneath my house. That is going to require an entirely new plan. But first I have to close up the hole under my sink - which is the reason I signed in onto Angie's List today.

I actually found these guys online, not on Angie's List, and only discovered they were on Angie's List the next time I signed on.

About three weeks ago, my neighbor called and said there appear to be rats walking across my fence at night - and keeping her awake. The next day I called this company and within a couple of hours, a guy named Steve called and arranged to come over and set up the traps. When I see that we've caught a rat, I call him and he comes over promptly to get it and re-bait the traps. My only real complaint (other than the cost - see more about that below), is that I haven't been thrilled with all the cages. Some are a little tough to set up (when they accidentally closed, like on the occasion we caught a squirrel (which I let out successfully) and the other occasion when a bird (also let out successfully) was trapped in there). I know this is probably not the most efficient way of getting rid of rats, but it is all I am willing to do; anything else might inadvertently kill other critters. Steve suggested that I need to get rid of my bird feeders and I know he's right, but I'm not willing to do that at this time.

My only other complaint is the price. The initial set up (and the loan of two traps) was $150.00. When we didn't catch anything on one occasion, but the rats (or other critters) managed to get the food, a and quot;set upand quot; was an additional $45.00. I think I also pay $75.00 for each critter caught, but to be fair, so far I have only paid $300.00, we've caught 6 rats, and Steve has not billed me again. So I may be wrong about the price (which is why I gave it a B and not the D I initially thought to give it)."
