"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"Excellent & professional service. I have used Joshua’s Pest Control for sometime & am very pleased with their service. The technician was very professional & kept me informed."

"They got rid of the ants. We just thought we'd give them a try because we haven't had any pest control before."

"When called to make an appointment, the customer service was great. The technician that came out was thorough. The fee to spray the house one time was a little steep, I still had some pests hanging around but not nearly as much as there was before the spray. I would consider using this company again but I think I would call around to see what other companies charge for a one time house spray."

"I didn't need any additional work. My termite inspection was clean. There were no termites and no further work needed. The man was very good and thorough. The price was definitely an "A". He was as thorough as anyone could be. It was one person that came out. It took about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. An hour at the most. His cleanliness was fine. He was very professional, answered all the questions that I had, so I was satisfied with him."

"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."

"I was virtually ant free shortly after starting with Orkin, which is amazing here in Florida! The customer service is exceptional and they are very friendly and helpful. My technician is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Finally, the price is very reasonable and they really do stand by their work; if a problem crops up after your visit they will come back until it is taken care of free of charge! I highly recommend Orkin to anyone looking for pest control!"

"Provided a quick response to our call. Knowledgeable concerning various ways to address our problematic areas. Very clean and efficient. Professional and courteous in all aspects of the work that was done."
