Brent was phenomenal he was able to explain the entire process, point out issues I had, and explained how the "warranty" works. I went with the more expensive thorough treatment which is what other companies suggested as well. The 5 year warranty is a 5 year warranty not additional costs at all within the 5 years, no yearly maintenance cost."

Their inspection was thorough and Jeremy didn't try to upsell me on the treatment that I needed. He was confident that with slant-drilling only the front of my home, they would still be able to fully warranty the treatment for the full term of the warranty. Their price was lower than the nationwide companies, and their warranty is for a longer period of time as well. The 2-man crew that did the treatment was also professional and courteous and I was impressed that the foreman re-inspected my house again - even though his boss had just did it! - because he was the one doing the treatment. I knocked off a half-star only because they didn't move everything back exactly where I'd had it and there was a bit of clean-up that I had to do, but it was minor. I would definitely make the same decision to hire AZ Termite Specialists again and highly recommend them."

"Danny and his assistant, Kevin, are professional and knowledgeable about mouse and pest control. They put mouse bait stations around the house, plus I requested a perimeter pest control spray. They also suggested adding rodent spray foam to fill a small opening on porch, and to add a flange to a door on the porch. "I have to say that had I not sold the home, I most certainly would have kept them. As I mentioned, I rarely saw insects in the house and never had a problem with scorpions, as is common in the Phoenix area.
The pigeon issue was quite the ordeal, though. We had those nasty creatures nesting on the rooftop and pooping everywhere. It was disgusting! I called Preventive and the service tech, Zach, came out and gave us an estimate on what it would take to remove the pigeons, clean it up, and install netting to keep them from coming back. The estimate was very reasonable so I didn't bother calling any other company for a quote. Zach came back on the scheduled day and spent several hours on the roof in the heat, cleaning and getting rid of nests, pigeon poo, and even a few pigeon carcasses up there (yuk!). He then installed the netting to keep them out. Unfortunately the pigeons managed to get through one of the of the nets and get back in there, but I call to Preventive and Zach was back out there in no time, fixed the netting (somehow it hadn't stayed tacked down, but this time he made sure it wasn't going get loose again), and we haven't had an issue since! that was well over a year ago.
I would definitely recommend Preventive. The bi-monthly service is simple - they come and spray all around the house foundation and note if they see any issues. I rarely needed them to spray inside - once for the initial service and then another time when we had an ant problem. The price was very reasonable and they were always professional, friendly, and prompt.
