"This contractor, Moises, built our carport and laid the foundation and driveway approach. The car port was a Mueller kit, 20x24. The carport was welded all-around, except the roofing. The foundation and driveway approach were included in this project. The project was well run, no surprises. The cement trucks arrived on schedule, the welding was completed on time and there were no cost over-runs. In summary, I would recommend this contractor for construction projects. Hi my name is Chris Hill I run Hill Exteriors and we are a small local residential construction company mainly focusing on exterior work but we have the skills and knowledge to tackle almost any project you have related to your home. I grew up as one of those kids who loved tools and taking stuff apart and putting it back together and started my career off at Home Depot at the age of 18 where I ended up being promoted and managing the paint department there. I trained under an extremely skilled contractor for about a decade before he retired and he left me with the skills ,knowledge and the accounts to be able to continue the work he had trained me to do at fair prices. I take pride in my work and not try to sell people stuff that they don't need. If what you need done is not something I can handle I will be up front about it and I have a large network of local contractors that I trust that I can put you in touch with. I am insured and local with plenty of references!

"We found Brad through Angies list and contacted him for an estimate.  
He scheduled a time to come out and scope out the project.  He was backlogged at the time and provide an initial estimate a week later and we took our time deciding (and waiting for the rest of the work at the house to complete).  We selected Brad and he was able to start early November and finish almost 5 weeks later.
The process was paint the closet fixed shelves and frames, paint the closet doors and drawers, stain the office doors and drawers, and then stain the office frames.  With a prime coat and two finish coats, the drying time was substantial.
A couple of things that we appreciated with Brad.  First, he communicates and provides updates so we weren't left wondering what is going to happen when.  Brad also has an attention to detail that we have not found with other painters.  There were a few spots that we (and he) weren't happy about before the final coat was applied but before we had even said anything, Brad had resolved it.
We also appreciated that he wanted to have a sample of the finish and paint prior to starting the work so that there were no questions going into the process about colors or finish.
The finished product looks great.  We would not hesitate to have Brad back to do additional painting at the house.
