"It went very well. Jose Sr. came and gave me a quote. My landlord's live in the apartment next door to me and when I showed them the quote they said that was a good price. They also came midway to check on the progress and at the end to inspect. They were very impressed and will be hiring them again. For my part, I liked that they kept all their stuff very neatly outside, and closed the door to the bathroom when they were sanding to keep all of it in there. That powder can get everywhere. They were punctual and Jose took care of everything. They're Pros. They started at 8:30 and were done by 3. Looks great, and it's been a week and I'm still happy."

"The crew from That 1 Painter did an excellent job on our house. Gabe, William, and the team were punctual, thorough, and really went the extra mile for us, and the advice from Mitch and their color consultant was invaluable. Their great work will ensure our home looks great for many years to come!"

"Marvin from Continental Home Improvements did a great job! He sanded drywall, painted almost the entire house and wallpapered the kitchen. He also sanded and painted the kitchen cabinets. It looks so nice. Marvin was punctual, professional and a pleasure to do business. I would definitely use him for any project I needed done."

"Mendez Painting did a wonderful job on my front porch. Very professional. Very easy to work with. Very polite. Cleaned up after job done. They go above and beyond to do terrific work. They take pride in the work they do."

"Very messy painters, seemed like someone who was taken off the street to paint. Paint splatters on floors. Painted deck, do not believe they used the amount of the pre paint solution I had bought and did not do two coats, I bought 2 gallons of deck paint from sherwin williams and they didnt even use one whole gallon, did not paint one of the deck post that was in the ground. Paint didnt even last through one summer, told owner and said he would be back in late spring (2016) to remain the deck, never saw them again."

"The only issue I have is recently 3 spots have appeared in the tub here the paint is coming up. It has only been 1 year and 4 months since they performed this service. I repaired it by getting a $7 kit from Lowe's and it seems to be holding up so far."

"Painting was completed efficiently and neatly with thorough clean-up. The aspect that stood out was their prep work repairing cracks, nail-holes and other surface issues."
