Marcos, the rep who works specifically with this shade (among others), applied a smooth, high gloss black finish that looks wonderful on this style of Japanese soaker tub! Just like the woman over the phone who told me about the process, he was very professional, advised me on what the steps would be and was efficient at getting the job done.
