Communication about every aspect of the job was great as was the workmanship and the clean-up. "It was great working with AA Painting. When I started looking for a painter, I put up the job in Angie's List on a Saturday afternoon. I heard from AA Painting in 30 minutes and the project manager came within an hour to walk through and take detailed notes. They started work on Monday morning and finished on time, despite us adding a few changes while they were working. The workers were very professional and even pointed out non-paint related issues for us to watch for. There was one room with some work left over from a different contractor that they needed to return to finish. They worked from 3 PM to 8 PM on a Friday to complete the work. They left the house clean and gave us detailed notes on the paint used and even organized the paint cans. Overall we are very happy with them and we look forward to hiring them for future paint work."

"We had a very positive experience with Flanagan Painting. Joe was very responsive and fully explained the process steps involved with cleaning, patching and painting our 1918 2.5 story home's brick, stucco and wood exterior. Our project included three paint colors for the wood trim, stucco and brick and took about 7 business days to complete. They power washed the entire home and then scraped and patched peeling paint and cracks in the stucco and brick prior to apply two coats of paint. The cedar deck turned out better than expected as we had not had it stained in a number of years. After power washing it, Joe took the extra time to sand down some stubborn stain spots and the end result looks great (pic below is taken in dappled shade). The crew worked quickly and Joe followed up at the end with the final finishing work. I really appreciated doing business with Joe and his attention to detail and commitment to ensuring we were happy with the results.. We are very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Flanagan Painting without hesitation."

Both of them were very informative and thorough with explaining the process, products, and (step by step) updates with our project. Their setup (plastic dome), preparation, and clean up were remarkable. It takes talent to make a plastic fort like that- and contain all that dust/fumes. Dennis Nagel and his crew did a fantastic job stripping wallpaper, sanding the many coats of paint off the woodwork and patching all the large cracks in the ceilings. The finished walls and ceilings are flawless. Dennis recommended paint colors, repainted the entire house and it is transformed and beautiful. They worked long days, during very hot weather, without air conditioning in the house. Dennis has a strong work ethic and takes pride in what he does.
