"Ethan, the sales associate did a great job explaining how Renken does their work and the selection of patterns was in the color range that my wife was interested in. Mahadi was the installer and did a superb job. Great eye for detail and excellent finish. He asked questions to confirm what I wanted or to clarify something. He got the job done in 2 days which included removing moldy green board, replacing one stud which had mold. He treated everything and then did the sealer before installing the finished surface. One other thing...we covered everything in the bedroom with drop cloths but we didn't have a lot of dust. Mahadi didn't use a sledge to knock down walls. He cut out each section and carried it out of the house, minimizing the amount of dust and debris. My wife was REALLY HAPPY about that. There was a little mix up on the shower style but that was resolved the next day by Dan. He was punctual and made sure that everything operated as desired. Amber and Ebony in the office do a great job. Amber does the scheduling and Ebony does the customer service. Both are tops and really make a difference to make sure that my wife and I were satisfied. We are happy with the workmanship and service. Yes, I would recommend Renken to friends and have already had a personal contact ask who did our remodel."

"They did an amazing job. I could not be happier with the paint job that was completed in our home. They took great care of everything, actually took things off the wall like light plates and blind frames, instead of just panting around them. They did two coats to insure none of the previous color bled through. It is perfect. "I paid a little extra apart from the big deal.  The gutters were not included in the Angie?s List big deal so I also paid the extra money to have them do it.  The job went very well overall.  I was pleased.  Their professionalism and clean up was fine, there were no issues.  They used a cleaning solution to clean the sidings so there is a possibility that there will be an impact to the greenery down the ground and I think it?s just a minor impact but that it will be understandable. 

He did a good job and he let me know about the additional cost.  The price of the Angie?s List was good.  He seemed to get all the places and I did not identify anything that was not cleaned.  He was good in terms of quickly scheduling appointment for me and I didn?t have to long time.  I think he arrived at the time he said he will arrive.  I had no issues with his professionalism.   "
