They were careful to sand, prep and replace any rotten boards; their prep work was a lot like "restoration" in many ways. Our neighbors were all very complimentary about the work, too! The only reason I can't give a full five stars is that some of the interior work seemed more rushed and not completed with the same degree of care and thoroughness as the primary job.
