He was east to work with and even did more work than he quoted and save us from having to paint one wall ourselves. We did the lower part of the house and he did the upper parts, dormers and chimney. "It started well - promptly came to give quote and power washing was done in an acceptable amount of time.  Then things dragged. Promises were made and deadlines missed for the deck staining. Weather was blamed. Then the "schedule" was backed up.  It appears they only work on weekends - which I was never advised of.  It basically took them over two months from the date of the powerwash to come back.  Boards were to be replaced - some were - some weren't.  I paid for lumber that they didn't use. After the staining they had to come back due to missed areas. Staining application was fair. One positive note, they were very accommodating when we decided to switch colors at the last moment.  When I requested to meet with the owner (Rick who quoted the job) I was advised he was on vacation. When I said I would wait for his return, I was advised he had a medical issue that would prevent him from talking with me.
