"We met with 6 contractors and decided on Hernan as he presented himself professionally. He quoted us $2500 to complete three walls in a basement storage/ pantry area and to finish a wall in our downstairs bedroom which had to be cut due to a waterproofing job. Hernan came on time the first day but left his worker alone on/ off throughout the day. He returned the bext day with his wide and child and my husband found him on the phone arranging other jobs instead of attending 100% to our job. He did not keep a consistent schedule and did not finish the job in a timely manner. When asked if he brought his wife and child to other job sites his response was" we are a family owned business." I have worked with other contractors and have never had their spouse and child brought with them. The job was done acceptably and due to his lack of respect for our home and his lack of professionalism I will not be using Franklin LLC again."
