My house is 1970 with red wood siding, they took care on one side to add an extra coat because the wood is so dry and they wanted it to look even. Summer is busy and rain can cause delays so it took a little time to get them here, but that is to be expected with outdoor work and I was willing to be flexible with the timeline. "I recently hired AM Spraypainting and Ernesto to paint the exterior of my 1904 three-story cedar sided house. Their quoted amount was about in the middle of the pack. They did an excellent job scraping, repairing rotted wood, caulking, and priming. They did an excellent job applying the paint and painting the trim. There are a lot of companies out there that want to charge exorbitant prices, but I don’t think they would provide as good of a paint job, and likely not as good. In fact, my neighbor paid more for another company and did not get nearly as thorough of a job. I’ve had several neighbors comment on how good it looks and ask for Ernesto’s number. In addition, the communication was excellent, the people were polite and cleaned up, and they got the whole job done in about two weeks. I highly recommend!"
