"Working with Steve was a joy!!!  He is truly a professional and a gem to find.  I would definitely ask him to do future work in our home and recommend his work to family and friends.
I contacted Steve for a painting consultation and he arrived on time to quote the work a few days later.  Steve struck me as a professional, friendly and very skilled painter.  He asked appropriate questions and provided me with a detailed, itemized quote including paint, supplies and labor prior to leaving our home that evening.  
We scheduled the work a few weeks later and Steve came out to the house the week prior to go over last minute details with me including specifics about colors and which hardware would go back on the walls when the painting was finished.  When Steve left I was confident that the work would be done the way we wanted.
Steve performed the job while we were out of town the following week.  He was trust-worthy and cared for our home as we would have.  He even brought in packages the UPS person left on the front steps.  Upon arriving home, nearly half of our house had been re-painted to excellent standards.  He was attuned to details and made sure all the paint lines were precise.  I am a perfectionist and was very happy with the work Steve did for us.  Steve will be our first call for future painting projects!

"We had a very positive experience with Flanagan Painting. Joe was very responsive and fully explained the process steps involved with cleaning, patching and painting our 1918 2.5 story home's brick, stucco and wood exterior. Our project included three paint colors for the wood trim, stucco and brick and took about 7 business days to complete. They power washed the entire home and then scraped and patched peeling paint and cracks in the stucco and brick prior to apply two coats of paint. The cedar deck turned out better than expected as we had not had it stained in a number of years. After power washing it, Joe took the extra time to sand down some stubborn stain spots and the end result looks great (pic below is taken in dappled shade). The crew worked quickly and Joe followed up at the end with the final finishing work. I really appreciated doing business with Joe and his attention to detail and commitment to ensuring we were happy with the results.. We are very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Flanagan Painting without hesitation."

Both of them were very informative and thorough with explaining the process, products, and (step by step) updates with our project. Their setup (plastic dome), preparation, and clean up were remarkable. It takes talent to make a plastic fort like that- and contain all that dust/fumes. "The team did an impressive job on the prep work filling holes, caulking, getting rid of hornet nests that I didn't even know existed, and pointed out an ant problem to me. I was impressed on their thorough preparation which is key for all good paint jobs. My house is 1970 with red wood siding, they took care on one side to add an extra coat because the wood is so dry and they wanted it to look even. Summer is busy and rain can cause delays so it took a little time to get them here, but that is to be expected with outdoor work and I was willing to be flexible with the timeline. The team was courteous and Dennis was very patient and helpful during the color picking phase. My house looks like new and I've had many compliments from neighbors. I would hire them again and recommend their work.
