"The crew from That 1 Painter did an excellent job on our house. Gabe, William, and the team were punctual, thorough, and really went the extra mile for us, and the advice from Mitch and their color consultant was invaluable. Their great work will ensure our home looks great for many years to come!"

"They were very efficient and professional. They cleaned the area each day and were great to work with. I would recommend them for any painting job."

"Very messy painters, seemed like someone who was taken off the street to paint. Paint splatters on floors. Painted deck, do not believe they used the amount of the pre paint solution I had bought and did not do two coats, I bought 2 gallons of deck paint from sherwin williams and they didnt even use one whole gallon, did not paint one of the deck post that was in the ground. Paint didnt even last through one summer, told owner and said he would be back in late spring (2016) to remain the deck, never saw them again."

"They did a good job overall, but I had to call them back to put a second coat of white paint on my deck because there were holes that rain could seep into. Shouldn?t have been considered complete after only one coat."

"I would recommend Kris' painting service to anybody."

"Provided an estimate within a few days at a time good for me (Saturday).  Immediately began work.  Was punctual, professional, and clean, and finished within the time frame promised.  Had no problem with mess in the house and dogs in the house.  Helped clear furniture out and reassemble.  Floors and paint job are great, have no complaints at all.  Quote was competitive.  Would definitely use again. "

"Prompt, professionals, who. did an excellent job. I purchased the special of two painters for 8 hours that was advertised on Angie's List, providing my own paint and tape and they did the rest-went to work and came home 8 hours later to a beautifully painted room. I needed the job done one shirt notice - and while every other painter in the area ( both on Angie's List and others recommended to me couldn't meet my time line, loudoun custom coatings did-with short notice and no compromise to quality. I look forward to using them again.

"The overall job went well. The (reasonable) estimate was performed weeks in advance of work. The work required 2 days. Scheduling was agreed on, & Manny confirmed a few days before the job. Manny power washed himself, but had a co-assistant on the paint project. Communications, punctuality, and work progress was very good. The finished job met my expectations. I only wish extra paint could’ve been left for touchups; but Manny did provide me with purchase info having brand/color of sealant used. A 3 yr warranty was also provided with receipt so that’s awesome. I’ve even obtained another estimate for possible painting of my siding."

"Would rate them as high as possible. Arrived when promised. Reviewed multiple paint samples to make great match on 3 colors. Work completed and finished product was excellent. Would definitely hire again."
