Paint didnt even last through one summer, told owner and said he would be back in late spring (2016) to remain the deck, never saw them again."

"Ethan, the sales associate did a great job explaining how Renken does their work and the selection of patterns was in the color range that my wife was interested in. Mahadi was the installer and did a superb job. Great eye for detail and excellent finish. He asked questions to confirm what I wanted or to clarify something. He got the job done in 2 days which included removing moldy green board, replacing one stud which had mold. He treated everything and then did the sealer before installing the finished surface. One other thing...we covered everything in the bedroom with drop cloths but we didn't have a lot of dust. Mahadi didn't use a sledge to knock down walls. He cut out each section and carried it out of the house, minimizing the amount of dust and debris. My wife was REALLY HAPPY about that. There was a little mix up on the shower style but that was resolved the next day by Dan. He was punctual and made sure that everything operated as desired. Amber and Ebony in the office do a great job. Amber does the scheduling and Ebony does the customer service. Both are tops and really make a difference to make sure that my wife and I were satisfied. We are happy with the workmanship and service. Yes, I would recommend Renken to friends and have already had a personal contact ask who did our remodel."

"Ben originally came out to do the roof inspection and general maintenance.  He and his brothers were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to show me the roof (yes I went up on the roof with them) while explaining the various types of roof installs and where issues can arise.  After the inspection Ben made a couple of recommendation for things to do:  1) apply a reflective coating, and 2) replace the back gutter since it was the older style and was starting to come away from the roof.  We agreed on a date and they were able to come back in a very quick turnaround and perform the needed work.  The job was done very quickly and professionally and afterwards Ben took pictures to show me the completed gutter installation and reflective coating application.  He again took the time to answer any of my questions and provide great detail as to how to prolong the life of my roof.  I was extremely happy with the work that was performed, the knowledge that they have, and the level of professionalism that was displayed.  I would highly recommend them for any roof work and I will use them in the future whenever the need arises.

"Mr. Hill was extremely professional and experienced. He applied the pre-pasted wallpaper I purchased online for the powder room within 4 hours. The install looked very well done once the walls dried and the space was left spotless!"

"Bill Myer was nice and we settled on a date. He brought his painter on the day agreed on. I thought he worked a little slower than I would have preferred. As it turned out, he was not able to finish all the shutters on just one side of the house, nor was he able to paint the exterior door. I had to offer Bill another $100 to have him complete just the shutters on the one side of the house. It may be that the surface preparation just took more time than I had estimated. Overall, I am satisfied the their work."
