We had asked for options to paint the soffits and fascia, pool deck, and shed. In their proposal, they broke out the costs for the options as requested, which we in turn, had them include everything. We liked the fact that both Larry and Gary did the initial site visit to develop their proposal, as it is always better to talk directly to the people who will be doing the work. The Nelson brothers were always very personable and professional and eager to please. They finished right on schedule and we appreciated the constant communication, ensuring that we were happy with the daily progress being made. Larry and Gary always cleaned up the area around the house at the end of the workday. They do very high-quality work and aim to please!!"

"Ethan, the sales associate did a great job explaining how Renken does their work and the selection of patterns was in the color range that my wife was interested in. Mahadi was the installer and did a superb job. Great eye for detail and excellent finish. He asked questions to confirm what I wanted or to clarify something. He got the job done in 2 days which included removing moldy green board, replacing one stud which had mold. He treated everything and then did the sealer before installing the finished surface. One other thing...we covered everything in the bedroom with drop cloths but we didn't have a lot of dust. Mahadi didn't use a sledge to knock down walls. He cut out each section and carried it out of the house, minimizing the amount of dust and debris. My wife was REALLY HAPPY about that. There was a little mix up on the shower style but that was resolved the next day by Dan. He was punctual and made sure that everything operated as desired. Amber and Ebony in the office do a great job. Amber does the scheduling and Ebony does the customer service. Both are tops and really make a difference to make sure that my wife and I were satisfied. We are happy with the workmanship and service. Yes, I would recommend Renken to friends and have already had a personal contact ask who did our remodel."
