"They did a great job, but a little forgetful on specifics. They came back at no extra cost to re-prime things using the paints we wanted and paint a couple things they forgot to get (inside a closet for example.) They were apologetic once I pointed out they forgot. So I'd still use them again, but make sure I put down in writing exactly what I wanted and that way they would remember. They also came to look and give a quote the day after I called and were able to paint two weeks later. They did a good job and it was nice to have it done while we were away."

I paid less money than if I had gotten a dumpster because a dumpster charges by weight and since it snowed and rained, everything in the bag was wet - I would have paid a fortune!!! "I signed up for a special....$318 for 8 hours or under painting job. The company rep. was personable, well spoken and came out to look at my small kitchen. Several days later I received as estimated price of $2,700 dollars for the job. When I questioned the mind boggling difference in price I was told that it would take approximately 60-70 hours to do the paint job...the same room I painted on my own over 2 days and under 7 hours."

The company went out of their way to accommodate us and Lynn was very nice re. the scheduling, etc. The cleaner, Tracy, was more than we could have hoped for! She accomplished more in two hours than the entire 3 person team from J & M did in FOUR hours! Tracy was friendly and professional. Her work ethic was enviable. She was willing to forego part of her break in order to clean my kitchen floor, because it exceeded the 2 hour time we had booked. I did not allow her to do this but she was more than willing. I couldn't be happier with Tracy and with this cleaning service. I wish we had contacted them first! I will recommend them to family and friends for sure. No one should look any further than this company if you want AWESOME service at a VERY reasonable cost. VERY HAPPY!!!!"
