"I feel I owe it to return the favor for all those who previously reviewed Luxz Painting. I found them through Angie’s list. Like a previous reviewer stated we hit the absolute jackpot with Eddie and the entire Luxz Painting crew!! We received 5 quotes from other painting contractors. Most never even followed up or perhaps because of our location the bid was extremely high or scope of work to be performed and paint quality was vague We decided to go with Eddie because of his professionalism, keen eye for design and color but most of all he was very straight forward with us and seemed genuine and honest, traits some contractors seem to be lacking. He promptly followed up when we had questions with the bid and during the entire job. When any little issue arose he made certain to personally take care of it. Good painters are hard to find but it’s even harder to find excellent painters. I only hope whomever is reading this will reach out to the professionals at Luxz Painting & Design. So happy we did!"

"Mr. Lopez is my go-to person for all painting and wood construction work. I have hired him for 5+ jobs in the past 10 years. For this latest work, he repainted a 4-bedroom 2-bathroom house (walls only), repainted the exterior house including shutters, trim and door, repaired rotted fascia board on the garage, and rebuilt a wood deck and stained it. What I love about Lopez Painting is his consistency: (1) immediate, fair written estimates (2) ability to schedule the job quickly (3) work gets done thoroughly as it seems he concentrates on one job at a time (4) no subs (5) extremely hard working, works more than a full day (6) cleans up."

"I had Ruben‘s workers install tile, crown molding, and paint the interior of a 2400 square-foot home. They were also supposed to build a screened porch. They get five stars for tile installation, Crown molding installation, and painting. The screen porch project did not work out, but Ruben did other things for me to make up for what I paid for the screen porch that they were not able to deliver. I highly recommend Ruben and his people, because they are very capable workers and want to ensure that you’re satisfied."

We noticed that the pattern on the tile work was incorrect in a few spots after they had finished and been paid. He came back and fixed it with no questions or complaints. Looks absolutely perfect. "Interior painting was incredibly well done. RAMOS CONSTRUCTION completed a top notch job under some difficulties. My home is fully furnished and we had daily rains which added to some slow downs. However this crew went above and beyond to make sure that the job was completed with great care. I will absolutely hire this company again. "I was very pleased with the quality of work done on the flooring and crown molding. The corners on the base molding were rounded to fit the curves, not just squared off as most. John and crew was easy to work with. I really like that John broke down all costs with the bid, on materials and labor. I knew how all my money was spent. Not to mention very reasonable, as I received 3 different quotes. John even did extra things that he didn't t include in price, like hanging curtain, paintings, and light fixtures. I would definitely recommend John @ St Mark."
